✅ When is an item eligible for a Refund or Exchange?
You can request a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:
- The item delivered was damaged, rotten, or spoiled.
- You received the wrong item.
- An item was missing from your order.
Note: We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind or because you did not like the taste/texture of a product.
