What can be returned or exchanged?
- Fresh Produce: Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Grocery & Packaged Goods: You can return or exchange unopened, non-perishable grocery and packaged goods within 7 days of delivery. The items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
What can't be returned or exchanged?
- Fresh Produce (as mentioned above)
- Opened or used items
- Items damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
- Items not purchased on Farmfresh24.com
How to return or exchange an item:

- Provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you want to return or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return/exchange criteria, we will process your request.
